Store Policy

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders totaling $1,000.00 or more (unless otherwise stated)

Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Please note that all animals must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Shipping Details
All logistics are handled via ShipYourReptiles through FedEx. We guarantee live arrival for all our deliveries.

Temperature Safety
Shipping requires temperatures between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. If local conditions fall outside this range, we may suggest shipping to a FedEx Hub for pickup as a safer alternative. Please be aware that weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds.

Flexible Payment Plans
The Pateryios Project offers flexible payment plans to help you secure your next boa. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your animal and remove it from the market.

We do not accept cancellations on payment plan boas. This policy ensures fairness to our team and other collectors who may be interested in the same animal. All snakes secured via payment plans are non-refundable and must be fully paid before shipment.

Plan Tiers:
• 30-day plans for purchases between $501 – $1,000
• 60-day plans for purchases between $1,001 – $2,000
• 90-day plans for purchases of $2,001 and above

Health & Genetic Guarantee
At The Pateryios Project, we stand by the sex and genetic accuracy of every animal. If you have any concerns or are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us within 24 hours of arrival.
